Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled DX Product Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in Asset and Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Persona and Journey Mapping Product and Data Analytics Strategic Thinking Prototyping and Product Lifecycle Management. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving product success and enhancing customer experiences. Responsibilities * Lead the development and execution of product strategies to enhance customer experiences in the Asset and Wealth Management domain. * Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring alignment with business goals. * Provide insights through data analytics to inform product decisions and optimize performance. * Conduct persona and journey mapping to understand customer needs and pain points. * Develop and prototype innovative solutions to address customer challenges and improve satisfaction. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery. * Drive strategic thinking and planning to identify new opportunities and market trends. * Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business value. * Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector. * Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. * Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. * Provide training and support to internal teams on new product features and updates. * Contribute to the companys mission by delivering products that positively impact society.
* Possess strong experience in Persona and Journey Mapping to create user-centric products. * Demonstrate expertise in Product and Data Analytics to drive informed decision-making. * Exhibit strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. * Have proficiency in Prototyping to develop and test innovative solutions. * Show extensive knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management to oversee product development. * Bring domain expertise in Asset and Wealth Management to understand industry-specific needs. * Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. * Maintain a customer-focused mindset to ensure products meet user needs and expectations. * Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. * Apply problem-solving abilities to address challenges and improve product outcomes. * Demonstrate adaptability to work in a hybrid model and manage multiple priorities. * Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of product management. * Commit to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certified Product Manager (CPM) Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 5/2/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $99,000/Year to $116,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
