General Purpose

Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of service to each customer.

Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Check and report product voids
  • Maintain ad hoc merchandising
  • Set new stores and perform required resets
  • Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering
  • Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area
  • Assist with customer service issues or complaints
  • Complete pricing surveys as required
  • Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

Education and Experience



  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
  • Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment

  • Able to organize time, energy, and resources to achieve goals (i.e. organizational skills)
  • Abel to follow directions and carry out instructions

  • Able to adapt and manage to change effectively
  • Able to handle challenging or conflict situation with tact and professionalism
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
