Onsite-Warranty Parts Return Category: Retail & Consumer Products Employment Type: Contract Reference: BH-383961 Warranty Part Returns Analyst needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Milwaukee WI. Job Summary The Warranty Part Returns Analyst role supports the HDMC warranty operations business processes related to warranty part returns. This position works closely with Warranty Operation Leads, Suppliers, internal HDMC teams and warranty adjudicators to research, analyze, resolve warranty claim issues and maintain reference documentation. This position will also assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in the development and implementation of special projects. The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess: Previous mechanical experience is a plus ( Automotive or Motorcycle) MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel. Daily hours onsite will be approx. 8 am -4:30 pm with 30 min lunch Pay Rate Range: $25 - $30.53/hr What You'll Be Doing: Follow all WPRT-established processes, including researching claims and reviewing warranty parts to validate the conditions against the clients policies. Work with the Warranty Team, Technical Services, Dealer Services, suppliers and dealers to resolve claim issues. Document serialized components in systems such as AS400 and SAP. Ensure proper disposal or forward components to the pertinent requestors when needed. Supports the Warranty Part Returns Teams extra activities, including but not limited to: Joint Inspections with suppliers Virtual Analysis of parts Component Testing Identify and inform the Warranty Part Returns Lead and/or appropriate stakeholders of warrantable trends found on warranty parts received from the field. Manage the return shipping and dealer debiting process. Handle logistics of materials in and out of the WPRT. Opportunity is Calling, Apply Now!
