The South Carolina gigafactory in Florence will supply next generation cells for BMW starting in 2026. About the Role

The Sr. Treasury Analyst leverages their multinational company experience with an interest in growing his/her expertise in global cash forecasting and cash management, but also has motivation to learn and take on additional responsibilities in other Treasury related functions like Foreign Exchange, Insurance, Capital Market & Project Finance

What You Will Do
  • Be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can work in close collaboration with regional finance teams and other cross functional teams to solve complex problems
  • Demonstrate success in handling a global cash forecasting framework and be able to manage the cash forecast with high level of accuracy
  • Have a solid understanding of global cash management and be able to manage daily cash for multiple international legal entities
  • Be able to support day to day payment processing of domestic and international transactions, such as ACH and wire
  • Be able to maintain relationships with banks and other internal and external customers
  • Be managing corporate banking structure activities such as opening accounts, closing accounts, maintaining bank signatories, etc.
  • Act as primary contact for all banking KYC, SOX, Internal Audit and Finance inquiries as it relates to cash and banking
  • Be able to assist with in-house investments and overnight cash transfers
  • Be responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc management reporting
  • Assist with FX exposure analysis, hedging program maintenance (if any), quarterly and monthly reporting
  • Handle ad-hoc Treasury projects and presentations for Treasury
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What You Need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of Treasury experience in a multinational company
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and treasury accounting skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of initiative, motivation and curiosity
  • Emphasis on consistently producing high quality results
  • Ability to work effectively on a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, and treasury applications
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards. (Training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards)
  • Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards. (Training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards)
  • Travel: The role may require up to 20% domestic and international travel to support key projects and financial operations globally.
What is "Nice to Have"?
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred but not required
  • Advanced credentials, such as MBA, CTP, or CFA, are preferred but not necessary
