Interns to work during the summer in Puget Sound Region or Spokane Position Summary The Supply Chain Intern will have the opportunity to review cross functional work across the Supply Chain organization providing a broad overview of several of the primary functions of the department. The Intern will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, re-designing, and documenting processes that improve the organizations effectiveness and productivity. This position is directly involved in the evaluation and analysis of processes and developing recommendations and implementing changes resulting in improvements in operations by using various skills and tools. This is an entry level position working under general direction. This position requires an understanding of supply chain processes and activities. Work situations include communication with many levels of the organization, requiring interpersonal skill, teamwork, and creative problem solving. The ability to function as a team member and work alone is required.Requirements
