The School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University has an immediate opening for a two-year term Program Coordinator - Coord Program C06 in the NYC Extension/Outreach Division. Our Team: ILR's Labor and Employment Law Program (LEL) merges law and social science research to provide attorneys, legislators, social scientists, and policymakers with multifaceted perspectives through forums and conferences. Current and emerging legal issues affecting the workplace are analyzed with the goal of influencing research, legislation, policy, and litigation. LEL's emphasis is on emerging issues in law, social equity employment, and workplace drug testing under new state laws. This is a term, full-time, bargaining unit position that falls under the NYC ILR Extension exempt CWA contract. Initial appointment through June 30, 2027, position may be reappointed with approval based on available funding and work. Salary per CWA exempt bargaining unit contract: $67,378, with education, experience, and relevant skills the hiring salary may be up to $71,000.
