How you'll make an impact:
As a Manager of Creative Strategy, you will play a critical role in our Studio Resonate advertising creative team by leading the present and driving the future of the Strategy function. You will identify opportunities through research, trends, and ideation that help our SiriusXM Media Sales and Agency Partnerships team drive revenue and creative opportunities. You must be a swift creative thinker and conceptor who will champion the science, storytelling, technology, and innovation of audio advertising. You will work closely with a team of Creative Directors, Copywriters, Audio Producers, and Designers to create engaging work in a high-growth, demanding, fast-paced environment. This role reports into the Director of Creative Strategy.

What you'll do:
* Oversee Creative Strategy for select accounts & verticals
* Partner with our Sales and Sales Development teams to develop strategic responses and ideas for RFPs
* Proactively drive revenue by identifying premium opportunities that come in from Agency Partnerships and Sales Vertical Leaders
* Pitch and present unique and compelling audio advertising ideas and opportunities to a variety of clients and agencies
* Write and review campaign creative briefs; lead internal kickoff meetings, lead brainstorms
* Lead client kickoff meetings to review briefs and align on creative strategy
* Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Audio Producers, and Designers to develop audio campaigns from concept to completion
* Collaborate with Ad Effectiveness team on campaign measurement, creative testing, and best practices
* Multicultural strategy experience encouraged but not required.

What you'll need:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years minimum experience in digital advertising creative, audio, brand strategy, and/or copywriting; advertising agency experience preferred
* Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
* Highly attuned to industry trends and audience insights using resources such as WARC
* Familiarity with creative measurement vendors and methodology (such as KMB, Veritonic, Placed, and ArtsAI)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Outlook
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and when handling multiple projects; meets
deadlines with ease and accuracy
* Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude
* Outstanding collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in order to establish and meet shared organizational goals
* Fun, humble, and innovative!
* Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $95,000 to $124,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
