Requirements | Some warehouse experience & The ability to lift 30 pounds

1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 4:30 PM | $16 per hour

Intake Coordinator Job Duties



  • Responds to customer inquiries.
  • Enters new patient orders into a software system.
  • Checks orders to ensure information is complete.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, and/or physicians via phone, email, or fax.
  • Scan new orders into the patient's profile.
  • Maintains databases as necessary.
  • All other duties as assigned.
