Business Operations Analyst/ East Coast

Business Operations Analyst, Commercial & Partner Sales Operations ( Must reside in the EST time zone)

In this role, as Business Operations Analyst within the Commercial & Partner Sales Operations, you will help the development and generation of reports and presentations to help focus the sales team to drive transformational initiatives that translate into sales growth. The Business Operations Analyst will have daily oversight of reporting and serve as a subject matter expert to the Juniper Partner Organization (JPO).

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the extended leadership team and the global JPO team as well as Business Units, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing globally to report sales actuals, pipeline, forecasts and key areas of the business.

Develop analytical solutions and identify data trends by creating reports, dashboards and presentations that generate actionable insights. Provides recommendations on reporting data insights and trends to better support business objectives.

Optimize and manage sales territories by collaborating with the team to maximize revenue, ensure proper account alignment, and adapt to industry trends and customer needs.

Work closely with Sales Leadership to assess areas of the business that are growing and where improvement could be needed.

Work with Operations team for building, improving and managing Tableau dashboards to ensure proper visibility and access to key data needed by the Juniper Partner Organization.

Learn and understand Juniper's internal systems to be able to extract, transform and integrate sales data.

Provide backup and support to other members of the team.

Provide support with data and construction of presentation to the theater leaders for Quarterly Business Reviews

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience working with sales and/or channels organizations, sales operations, finance, sales processes, and go-to-market teams.

A team player who always has their teammates' backs - are energized working with others to achieve success.

Advanced knowledge of SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint are key to this role.

Experience with system tools such as SFDC, Snowflake, Tableau, and Clari.

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills to work with sales leadership.

Structured thinker with conceptual skills to work on complex business plans.

Curious and flexible, willing to take on different roles/responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Minimum 5 years experience.

Minimum Salary: $84,480.00

Maximum Salary:$121,440.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $84,480.00 and $121,440.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
