Description

Holt CAT is the largest Caterpillar dealership of heavy equipment in the US. We have a Parts Clerk/Cashier position available at our South Austin, Texas location. The hours are Mon-Fri - 7 AM - 5 PM.

This position is responsible for performing the parts cashier transactions and parts clerk functions in a positive, caring and timely manner to ensure that the customers' needs are met in a manner which are aligned with our mission and core values. This position will also perform receptionist and other clerical functions.

Qualifications:



  • This position requires a well-organized, thoughtful, and self-motivated person with good phone and people skills.
  • Minimum 2 years customers service experience required. Previous cashier experience preferred.
  • Must have GED or High School diploma.
  • Must be proficient with computers. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be able to work 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday.
  • Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to perform cash and credit card transactions and related account balancing and supporting paperwork.
  • Must be highly organized and excellent attention to detail.
  • Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
  • Must self-motivated with a high commitment completing tasks in timely manner.
