In this role, you won't just analyze data-you'll craft compelling insights, define critical metrics, and establish measurement frameworks that enable teams to track success and make smarter, data-driven decisions. You will be a key partner in ensuring the business not only has the right metrics but also understands how to use them to drive impact!

What You Will Do:

  • Transform Data into Actionable Intelligence: Analyze trends, identify patterns, and craft insights that tell a compelling story, guiding strategic decisions.

  • Develop & Manage important metrics: Define, track, and evolve key performance indicators that align with business goals, ensuring they measure true impact.

  • Build and Maintain Dashboards: Create and automate reports and visualizations that make data accessible and actionable for key stakeholders.

  • Influence Decision-Making: Present findings in a way that resonates-whether through visuals, presentations, or executive summaries.

  • Drive Business Impact: Use analytics to uncover opportunities, challenge the status quo, and recommend actions that drive efficiency and growth.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with business leaders, product teams, and operations to align insights with company objectives.

  • Standardize Reporting & Insights: Ensure consistency and clarity in important metric definitions, reporting cadences, and business performance reviews.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree in Applied Statistics, Data Science or Computer Science and a minimum of six or more years directly related experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience

  • 6+ years of proven experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data storytelling.

  • Strong experience in defining, managing, and publishing metrics, including performance measurement frameworks.

  • Strong skills in visualization tools such as Power BI.

  • Experience presenting insights to technical and non-technical collaborators in an engaging way.

  • Storytelling skills to simplify complexity and make data-driven insights engaging and persuasive.

  • A mentality that challenges assumptions and seeks to continuously improve processes.

  • Strong communication skills to present insights with clarity and confidence to partners at all levels.

  • Key Performance Indicator expertise to identify, measure, and improve metrics to measure real success.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Numerous, often competing interests must be managed concurrently.

  • Limited travel (5%) to other Enbridge locations may be required. Valid passport required.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
