As an HT Talent Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering practical, high-quality HR support to our clients. You'll be part of a collaborative, client-focused team that helps businesses stay compliant, support their people, and grow their organizational effectiveness. From payroll and benefits to recruiting and training, you'll help manage the day-to-day HR functions that make a real difference.

What You'll Do

Support Day-to-Day HR Operations:

• Provide transactional and administrative HR support across multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of service.

Deliver Key HR Services:

• Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll processes and benefit programs, support open enrollment, and manage updates.
• Recruiting: Coordinate full cycle recruiting efforts, from intake and advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Training & Development: Organize and track training programs; help implement new initiatives based on client needs.
• Records Management & Compliance: Maintain personnel records and assist with audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• HRIS & Tools: Administer HR systems and support the development of client deliverables.
• Performance Management: Help manage and administer client performance review processes.

Be a Trusted Team Member:

• Collaborate with internal HT Talent colleagues and client stakeholders to support client goals, strengthen relationships, and deliver consistent, quality results.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on generalist duties
• Strong working knowledge of HR laws, standards, and best practices (EEO, DOL, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); PowerPoint experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project coordination skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines with confidence and clarity
