Site Acquisition Coordinator

The Site Acquisition Coordinator has a supporting role regarding the deployment of fiber optic installations and telecom equipment at Uniti fiber customer premise. Sites included: cellular sites, Central Offices, Carrier POPs, Enterprise facilities, military bases, schools and more. Troubleshoot and solve issues in a timely matter. This includes premise design, project plan, project schedule, cost, inventory, and general scope of work. Main duties include various administrative functions (SF), coordination of construction scheduling and communication, data entry in various tools and databases and close-out packages or the enforcing. Responsibility for estimates, schedules, materials, and purchase orders may also be required. It can be adapted and used for managing all network roll-out services, e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Update construction trackers/data entry in Salesforce.
• Take daily direction from Field Operations Manager.
• Support Operations and Outside Plant teams.
• Coordinate site inspection/walks.
• Weekly (sometimes daily) meetings.
• Conduct initial site surveys with customers and perform post-construction inspections and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Managing/supervising contractors.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience in the applicable industry.
• Basic technology or related trade-course work completion.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast tempo and fluid work environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• General field experience in managing general contractors, construction scope estimation.

• Ability to read effectively from a computer screen, sampling device and/or a paper copy.
• Applicants must successfully undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and possess and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with company vehicle policy.
