CNC Machine Setup Operator

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
• Pay: $24.50 - $27.00 per hour (Based on experience)
• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus Potential

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines for producing parts based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers) for part accuracy.
• Conduct first-piece approvals and troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions.
• Deburr parts, maintain production standards, and keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Load work programs, take offsets, and set machine zero points as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of machining experience preferred.
• Proficient in engineering drawings, machining techniques, and precision measuring tools.
