THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Bus Runner to maintain the assigned section and keep tables in a clean, sanitary condition. This includes removing dirty dishes and debris from the tables and supplying tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. The bus runner also works in conjunction with Food Servers to ensure that outstanding guest service is constantly achieved. This includes ensuring efficient delivery of food to the restaurant.

THE STARTING RATE:$14.5132/hr plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Keep the food and beverage station clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and floors are free from debris and spills. Sweep, mop, and empty garbage as needed.

• Maintain appropriate par stock levels at the beverage station, retrieve orders from the warehouse, and assist with proper stock rotation.

• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs, and deliver food as required by the department.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Works varied shifts including holidays and weekends

• Food Handlers card required to start

• 1+ years of experience as a busser or runner preferred
