Job Description
The Preconstruction Coordinator is an integral part of the team, and responsible for supporting and aiding the Preconstruction Managers, Director of Preconstruction, and ancillary support to estimators and estimating functions.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Work with Project Executives to coordinate and schedule monthly project meetings for Preconstruction.
- Work with Preconstruction teams to curate project information within our database as it pertains to preconstruction, and in support of monthly project meetings and meeting agendas.
- Support Precon teams with monthly management of financials for Preconstruction Services
- Coordinates meetings and attendees Precon Kick-Offs, Progress Reviews, and Peer Reviews.
- Works with Preconstruction teams to manage and upload historical cost data
- Coordinate with Precon leadership to create and manage various reports

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, knowledge of Excel a plus.
