TEKsystems is seeking a Service Desk Technician II to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This role involves handling escalated tickets from Level I technicians and providing exceptional support across various IT functions.
Key Responsibilities: * End Point Support: Provide hardware and Windows 10 support. * Application Support: Assist with Microsoft Office and other applications. * Conference Room Support: Address UC and telephony issues. * On-boarding/Off-boarding: Manage the process for new hires and departures. Essential Duties: * Deliver world-class customer service and support. * Provide back-up support for entire IT team. * Offer technical guidance to IT Service Desk Technician I. * Assist the IT Operations Manager with documentation and policy roll-out. * Understand the role of IT in supporting Nature's Way business partners. * Act as a subject matter expert, deliver policies, and mentor the team. * Provide efficient project and desktop support. * Participate onsite for Go Live support of major IT initiatives. * Create, manage, and advocate for system documentation. * Lead continuous improvements of IT Customer Service functions. * Handle project work and prioritize competing deadlines. * Assist team members with project completion and work prioritization. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a similar role. * Strong understanding of IT support and customer service. * Excellent communication and mentoring skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. * Experience with hardware, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, UC, and telephony systems. Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
