Human Resources is responsible for establishing HR-related policies and controls, partnering with clients to provide solutions, executing HR operations, providing and interpreting HR-related information and supporting strategic decisions. Talent Acquisition is responsible for the ongoing strategy and implementation of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting talent. As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, Coordinator responsibilities include providing comprehensive support for the execution of recruiting and hiring operations, with a sharp focus on customer service. Talent Acquisition Coordinators will work closely as a team, and in tandem with Talent Acquisition Consultants. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the execution of offers, pre-boarding and onboarding of hires, including resolution of pre-hire compliance requirements, I9 management, and references. May also assist with coordinating interviews and recruiting events, responding to emails from both internal and external customers, and other projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements:
