We are currently looking to hire a Senior Specialist, Workforce Analytics & Reporting based in Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY! In this role, you will be responsible for:

    Providing technical expertise as a developer and system administrator managing our human capital business intelligence data reservoir powered by Microsoft Power BI including the control, protection, extraction, compilation, analysis, and integrity of HR data from multiple HR systems of record into our business intelligence workspaces.
  • Assisting in measuring the health of the organization's workforce by producing best-in-class dashboards, key performance indicators, analytics, and reporting tools that provide our leadership teams and Human Resources teams with transparency to the status and workforce trends of approximately 6,000 employees in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
  • Fostering strong relationships and service delivery to a diverse group of stakeholders including business leaders, HR business partners, HR centers of expertise, and finance. Help business leaders understand their data and the business impacts of it.
  • Managing assigned portfolio of HR analytics and reporting projects. Body of work includes identification of key stakeholders, formation and maintenance of project plans, and managing timely delivery of projects.
  • Participating in continuous improvement opportunities for the workforce analytics function. Identifying and owning action plans for improving processes with an emphasis on improving access to workforce data, self service capabilities for leaders, and automated delivery of real time data to key decision makers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The base compensation range for this position is $95k-110k commensurate with experience. About You

  • You will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information systems or other closely related field. Masters' degree is helpful. Significant professional experience (at least 5 additional years) in lieu of a degree required.
  • You will have at least 4 years of experience in enterprise data analysis roles.
  • You will have an expert level fluency in developing Power BI data sets, tools, and dashboards. Relevant Power BI certifications preferred. Prior experience in an administrator role owning the setup of a dynamic multi system data reservoir required.
  • You will be proficient in analyzing complex data sets to tell a story and help guide business leaders and human resources professionals to make sense of what the data is telling the organization and supporting business leaders to make data-enabled decisions.
  • You will be a self-starter and results focused to ensure your team meets its objectives, commitments, and timelines. You will have impeccable customer service and continuous improvement skills. Must be able to communicate strongly in writing, verbally, and in person to employees at all levels of our organization.
  • You are willing to travel as business needs require, which for this position is estimated at approximately 10% of the time.
