Job Description SCOPE OF ROLE The Sr. Organizational Effectiveness Analyst supports company-wide performance by developing and driving data insights efficiency and effectiveness into company-wide human capital practices in partnership with HR colleagues and other stakeholders, and by hands on execution of key projects and initiatives. KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In partnership with HR colleagues and other stakeholders, the Sr. Organizational Effectiveness Analyst is accountable for the following:
- HR Data Integration and Management
- Lead efforts to integrate HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, performance management platforms, employee surveys, and external data sources, into a centralized data repository.
- Design and maintain data models, schemas, and hierarchies to facilitate data integration, standardization, and harmonization across different data sets.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, in compliance with organizational standards.
- Data Architecture and Infrastructure
- Understand business data requirements and provide support in accessing, extracting, and transforming HR data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Data Analysis and Visualization
- Design, produce, and analyze HR data from multiple sources via dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and HR stakeholders, providing visibility into key workforce metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and performance targets aligned with organizational goals, tracking progress and making recommendations for improvement.
- Use data visualization tools to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in HR data, translating complex data sets into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Training
- Work closely with HR business partners, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide guidance and support in accessing and interpreting HR data.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on data management best practices, data governance policies, and data visualization techniques.
- Continuous Improvement
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data management processes and tools, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Problem-Identification & Resolution - Explore opportunities, and partner with HR colleagues to proactively identify and frame continuous improvement opportunities. Diagnose performance gaps and making recommendations for improvement.
- Capability-building in HR - Support efforts to build a continuous-improvement and data and insight-driven culture in HR.
Qualifications EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline required.
- 3+ years' experience in data-analysis or people analytics tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience in supporting both a knowledge and manufacturing workforce.
- Previous project management experience or training preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $115,000 + 5% Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
