Job Description
The University Relations Specialist will spearhead the recruiting and management responsibilities associated with Consigli's flagship intern program (involving all regional offices), and the coordination, recruitment, and staffing of academic career fairs.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- The management of intern candidates through the recruiting lifecycle, including conducting intern sourcing, phone screens, interview coordination, and facilitating intern hiring decisions.
- Recruiting/sourcing of assigned intern candidates.
- Administer Predictive Index to candidates in advance of scheduled interview date.
- Coordinates delivery of offer letters to selected candidates.
- Initiates background checks for all intern hires
- ATS data management and building of the paper bench.
- Administration of the mentor evaluations, and ultimate hiring recommendations.
- General recruiting operations support.
- Developing a company-wide strategy for intern and co-op hiring at Consigli.
- Assist with posting available positions on the Consigli webpage, Handshake and various job sites.
- Coordinating and attending college and university career fairs.
- Building relationships with key colleges and universities.

Required Experience
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or relevant field.
- Proven success in talent acquisition communication and coordination preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
