Facility Operations Job Description
Facility Operations Maintenance is responsible for maintaining operational HVAC systems throughout the University of Missouri campus which consists of 175+ buildings. Candidates will have exposure to preventative maintenance practices, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs of a wide variety of system types range from window units and mini splits to large air handlers, chillers, and rooftop equipment. Opportunities are available for both HVAC system repair technicians as well as mechanic/machinist work repairing and replacing pumps, motors, fans, etc. Shift
Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday Minimum Qualifications
First year completion of HVAC Technology or Welding Technology learning path. Must be currently enrolled in an applicable area of study with State Technical College of Missouri, or other Missouri based technical college program. Anticipated Hiring Range
