JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: We have an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst to join the SIMBA team at The Pennsylvania State University. We are looking for a talented individual to lead and assist in developing and implementing new applications, specifically focusing on labor distribution and effort certification. The primary duties of this position include tracking functionality changes due to application upgrades, exploring the application to understand current and future capabilities, and directing and executing documentation of functional specifications for developing feature requests defined by the organization unit and governance committee. Additionally, the candidate will oversee, develop, and assist in executing testing plans in all environments for new features, support users with incident management, training, and documentation, and may also support other functional team members in Grants Management, Procurement, Human Capital Management, and Core Finance as needed. The successful candidate will serve as an expert to management and staff within the SIMBA Sustainment Organization and must demonstrate knowledge of broad concepts and procedures related to the development, implementation, and support of SIMBA. Education and Experience: Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Information: The location of this position is flexible, offering options for fully remote work within the United States, fully in-person at the University Park Campus, or a hybrid model of both in-person and remote work. Standard working hours are in the eastern time zone, and candidates must be able to work in the US without sponsorship. Successful completion of standard background checks is required for this position.
