Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications Specilaist to join our Change Management team. This role is responsible for supporting internal and external communication and engagement activities to enable successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, an exceptional writer, and a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail who understands the critical role of communication and engagement in driving organizational change.

You will make an impact in the following ways:

• Partner with the Director Change Managementto develop a comprehensive communication and engagement plan for internal and external stakeholders impacted by the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
• Create compelling communication materials and engagement collateral,managing the approval process efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Craft clear and consistent messaging that fosters transparency, are relevant and actionable for stakeholders.
• Manage internal andexternal communication tools and channels to ensure effective delivery of change-related messages.
• Maintain, enhance, and standardize communication toolkits, templates, and playbooks to ensure consistency in change messaging

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Change Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, change management communications, or a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex messages.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
