Our Area Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing inside sales operations to ensure the attainment of established sales objectives.

Some of the exciting things you will do in this role...

  • Develops and manages Inside sales department for their area.
  • Recruits, hires, and trains qualified sales associates; continually supports and motivates the inside sales team.
  • Drives standardization in quoting, order-entry and other key activities
  • Champions and provides feedback on new ways of working (e.g., CPQ)
  • Manages the daily activities of sales inside associates; oversees workload, pricing, CPQ usage
  • Continually gathers and monitors information on competition and market trends; communicates information to sales associates and others as needed.
  • Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to sales associates.
  • Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
  • Collaborates with outside sales to develop winning strategies
  • Works closely with the Key Account teams to ensure contractual compliance and understanding of market baskets and contract terms
  • Collaborates with Supply Chain on inventory strategies and sourcing activities
  • Monitors overall activities of the inside sales department; identifies problem areas and
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
