Pay: $31.85/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements: A successful candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation and Disability Management, bringing expertise and a passion for supporting others in their journey back to productivity.

Job Duties:



  • Act as a liaison for staff and faculty requiring reasonable accommodations.
  • Coordinate program documentation related to accommodations.
  • Perform alternative job searches to support the interactive process.
  • Administer the University's Early Return-to-Work Program for occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses.
  • Work closely with affected employees, department management, Human Resources teams, and Healthcare facilities to ensure a smooth transition back to work.
  • Promote healing and recovery during the return-to-work process.
  • Cultivate modified job tasks and explore alternative work sites in collaboration with University WorkStrong.
  • Enhance employee wellness through innovative solutions.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
