Pay: $31.85/hr 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM \| Monday - Friday Requirements: A successful candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in Workers' Compensation and Disability Management, bringing expertise and a passion for supporting others in their journey back to productivity. Coordinate program documentation related to accommodations. Perform alternative job searches to support the interactive process. Administer the University's Early Return-to-Work Program for occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. Work closely with affected employees, department management, Human Resources teams, and Healthcare facilities to ensure a smooth transition back to work. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
