Position Overview
Primary Purpose of Position |
Serves as a primary point of contact for customers, student staff, full-time staff, and building partners utilizing the Student Center and is responsible for all aspects of customer service throughout the facility. Staff will also complete required paperwork and/or reports, assist with phone/van usage, conduct thorough rounds to ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility, maintain service areas, and provide event support as needed. This position serves as the building representative in lieu of Student Center Coordinator and/or Management Staff to assist, supervise, and coordinate the overall operation of the facility. Also, other duties as assigned by the Student Center Coordinator and/or Management Team. |
Primary Function of Organizational Unit |
The Student Center serves as the principal site for student programming and offers office accommodations for student leadership, the University Event Center, Aggie One-Card, Food Retail and a convenience store. In addition, it offers an array of services, conveniences and amenities for students, faculty, staff, alumni and guests. |
