WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This position is responsible for providing a wide variety of confidential administrative HR related functions in a busy department. This position will assist our human resources team with a variety of critical tasks supporting our payroll, benefits, performance management, engagement, recognition and compensation initiatives in addition to performing administrative and filing activities as a key member of our team.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm at our Burnsville Administrative Office; non-exempt.

In addition:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources helpful.
  • 1+ years previous administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with rules, laws, and regulations pertaining to human resources, employee benefits and payroll.
  • Credit union or banking experience, preferred.
  • Exposure to ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS, preferred.
  • Ability to be highly organized and have strong attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office products, Internet and E-mail/Outlook or equivalents.
  • A high degree of integrity and ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to relate well to others and build effective business partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to multi-task, handling multiple conflicting demands appropriately.
  • A professional and friendly appearance and demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to create manuals, spreadsheets and graphics, if applicable.
  • Ability to be dependable, organized, detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Ability to manage change effectively and efficiently.
  • Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.

WHAT WE OFFER:

The salary range for this position is $24.00 to $29.00 per hour. In addition, we offer:
