Short Intro and About the Job
At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Maintenance Leader in our Jacksonville, Florida beverage manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the equipment maintenance plan and breakdown analysis execution. The role of the Maintenance Leader is to champion equipment reliability and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

About You
Education and Experience
- 4-year engineering degree or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years manufacturing experience with demonstrated technical aptitude and leadership.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Fundamental knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling systems
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fundamental skills in influencing and persuasion.
- Strong interpersonal skills associated with developing trusting relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Ability to work in a fluid environment.
- Ability to identify problems, draw conclusions, and make recommended solutions.
- Ability to be self-directed with little supervision.
- Ability to adjust schedule to support 24/7 Manufacturing Operation, may include working overtime, graveyard shift and/or weekends as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; taste and/or smell, talk and hear.
- Ability to bend & stoop at waist level as well as bend & twist neck and head.
- The employee must regularly endure repetitive minimal to moderate lifting 10lbs up to 50lbs and occasional team lifting above 50lbs. Requires normal range of hearing and vision (including colors) to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports and results.
- The employee is frequently standing on a concrete surface for 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts.
- Occasionally may need to climb on stairs, step ladders, stool.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts.
