CAVA is looking for a Scrum Master PM who will provide leadership and direction in the delivery in the Digital Optimization - Fraud, loyalty enhancements, and support. The role will be accountable for working with cross-functional teams to implement and deliver solutions aligned with strategies and plans for technology, people and process. The Scrum Master will ensure organized, predictable, and managed change. This individual will be able to work on the latest and great web and mobile applications that will be seen by both internal and external individuals. CAVA has the One Team - One Dream culture. * Plan / Participate in Project Leadership meetings * Anticipate issues, risks, and drive contingency planning * Partner with engineering manager and technical leads for business priority * Drive scope execution, remove roadblocks, serve as the point of escalation for team * Accountable for schedule and communication management * Understand and advocate best practices in high-level system designs * Provide leadership and direction in the design, development, support, and implementation of business capabilities as it relates to application and technical delivery *Demonstrate abilities as a team leader; lead teams to create an atmosphere of trust *Seek diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation *Provide guidance to an internal and external team of Analysts and Developers *Develop strong relationships within IT and the business *Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines *Top Skills' Details* 1) 8+ years Scrum Master/PMO experience with hybrid or agile experience and mindset 2) Digital technology optimization experience 3) Exposure to working with strong executive leaders - Sr Director, VP, SVP levels 4) Strong critical thinking skills; executive presence and communication skills; Relationship Building *Skills* SDLC, Jira, PMP, CSM, ERPSS, EASS, project management, agile methodologies, confluence, scrum, agile, User stories, Sprint planning, sprint, Jira, PMP, agile methodology Environment: * * No scaled Agile in place * More similar to SAFe * The compare themselves to Chipotle * Mission statement: To bring heart, health, and humanity to food. * Amber still wants to live out the "One Team, One Dream" environment! Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
