Looking for a dependable, active role with a consistent schedule and a great team? Utz Quality Foods is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Utility Associate at our Morrisville, NC Distribution Center. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and supporting sales teams by keeping product flowing smoothly. You'll help maintain inventory accuracy, rotate stock, and prepare product orders - all while working roughly 28 hours per week in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
Open and close the distribution center as scheduled.
Unload trailers and verify incoming inventory for accuracy.
Rotate product to maintain freshness and maximize shelf life.
Pull and prepare product to fill daily and extra sales orders.
Maintain accurate daily inventory using handheld devices.
Accept and process return-to-stock, stale, and damaged product.
Load trailers with returned cardboard and damaged goods.
Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning and mowing when needed.
Job Requirements
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate inventory management.
Basic math and writing skills to track and record inventory.
Ability to work independently and make decisions related to inventory needs.
Effective verbal communication and ability to follow written directions.
Must be at least 19 years old with a valid driver's license.
Must have, or be able to obtain, a DOT Medical Card.
Must be able to operate a route sales step van safely and competently.
Comfortable using proper lifting techniques and able to transport products.
