Project Manager

Roles/Responsibilities:

* Manage each project's scope and timeline
* Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
* Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
* Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability
* Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
* Help teams implement changes effectively
* Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
* Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports

Required Qualifications:
* Experience in technical project manager role.
* Familiarity with software development
* Knowledge on Java project development is preferred

The annual salary for this position is between $92K - $140K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
