Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Technology Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience specializing in SFMC Core Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SFMC Core Configuration solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and deployment of technology architectures that ensure scalability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data governance standards are integrated into all technology solutions to maintain data integrity and security.
• Conduct regular reviews of system architecture to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and modifications.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate relevant innovations into the companys technology stack.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Evaluate third-party tools and technologies to determine their fit within the existing architecture.
• Provide strategic input on technology investments to support long-term business growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in SFMC Core Configuration demonstrating deep technical expertise.
• Have a strong background in data governance ensuring data integrity and security.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor development teams effectively.
• Possess strong documentation skills for maintaining comprehensive architectural records.
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Certifications Required

Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
