Role: Oracle Pl/SQL Technology Architect

Job Summary:

* We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.

* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL and PL/SQL, and it is a plus if they have domain experience in Pharmacy Claims.

* This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

* The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement robust technology solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.

* Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to ensure high performance and reliability.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical solutions and processes.

* Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols.

* Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

* Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.

* Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.

* Collaborate with the Pharmacy Claims team to leverage domain knowledge for better solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation

* The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

* This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
