Position Description

ENSCO Inc is a diverse engineering and technology company that provides engineering, science and advanced technology solutions that guarantee mission success, safety, and security to governments and private industries worldwide.

In support of our programs, ENSCO is seeking a Facilities Administrator to assist with a diverse set of efforts focused on meeting Facilities as a Service requirements. This position will perform administrative support responsibilities to help the Facilities team accomplish multiple facility build-out efforts to include understating program requirements, meet security standards for classified environments, property management, and assist with space allocation planning for both contract and government teams.

Duties include:
Communicate / coordinate with building service providers; identify issues and communicate them to supervisor
Learn applicable facility safety regulations and then inspect facilities to meet safety regulations; identify shortfalls and hazards
Work under the leadership team and follow directions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Learn and execute processes; and employ initiative to recommend improvements
Coordinate with customers to identify needs, discuss resolutions, and coordinate with functional teams to meet customer needs
Support build-out and relocation efforts as directed by leadership; support establishing/servicing workstations to support program members
Coordinate maintenance work with landlord teams
Interact with program managers to identify facility needs, communication shortfalls, and support project teams as directed
Collaborate with COS Site Manager, Program Managers, Security Team, and Office Management
Learn and maintain tracking and accountability of Colorado Springs government and contractor property

Qualifications Required (Skills) :
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
One to three years of experience in facility management or related field
Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Excel
Knowledge of conference video and IT equipment
Ability to learn contractor management
Ability to learn and administer vendor agreements
Ability to learn facility requirements to include DoD and Commercial

Qualifications Desired :
Knowledge of how to manage/update service level agreements between organizations
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (OSHA, DoD facility requirements, etc.)
Knowledge of security standards for classified environments
Working knowledge of setting up/ troubleshooting conference video & IT equipment
