Job Description

As a GTM Engineer at DDN, you will be at the forefront of embedding AI technologies and automation into our GTM operations. Your role involves maintaining and optimizing data infrastructure, developing intelligent automations, and providing actionable insights by combining internal and external data sources. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, data analysis, and business acumen to build a scalable and efficient revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities

AI Integration & Revenue Optimization

    Implement AI Solutions: Integrate AI tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, lead scoring, and sales efficiency within GTM teams.
  • Data Synthesis: Combine internal CRM data with external market intelligence to develop predictive models that inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to embed AI-driven insights into daily operations, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.

Data Engineering & Management

  • Data Warehouse Maintenance: Manage and optimize data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery), ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and performance.
  • ETL Pipeline Development: Design and implement scalable Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to support data integration and analysis needs.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Regularly audit and cleanse data to maintain high-quality standards across all GTM systems.

Automation & Process Enhancement

  • Workflow Automation: Develop and deploy scripts and applications (using Python, SQL, etc.) to automate routine GTM processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between various GTM tools and platforms, facilitating smooth data flow and unified operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions to optimize GTM workflows.

Data Accessibility & Visualization

  • Dashboard Creation: Develop intuitive dashboards and reporting tools (using Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to provide GTM teams with real-time, actionable insights.
  • User Training: Educate team members on utilizing data tools effectively, promoting a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, workflows, and processes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in roles such as Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Engineering, or similar, preferably in B2B technology environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift), strong coding skills in Python and SQL, and experience with AI integration and predictive modeling.
  • Analytical Abilities: Demonstrated capability in data analysis, developing insights, and translating them into strategic actions.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of sales and marketing processes, with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
  • Location: West Coast preferred; open to remote candidates with strong qualifications.
