About Us: As we continue to drive excellence in our operations, we are looking for a NADCAP Processing Engineer to join our team. This is a key position where you will leverage your extensive expertise in NADCAP-accredited processes to lead efforts in ensuring the highest quality standards across our manufacturing operations. Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced NADCAP Processing Engineer with 10-15 years of expertise in aerospace manufacturing and a deep understanding of NADCAP certification processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading complex aerospace processes, ensuring full NADCAP compliance, and driving continuous improvement across multiple engineering disciplines, such as heat treatment, coatings and plating. In this role, you will take ownership of NADCAP-related processes, guide cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance for critical aerospace systems and components. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter
