To use financial and analytical skills to provide ongoing guidance and decision support to management and to assist in executing Finance processes and procedures Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, business or a related quantitative / analytical discipline. Minimum Experience Five (5) years' experience in finance or in a field requiring quantitative analysis Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills Strong attention to accuracy and detail Good organizational skills High level problem solving ability Strong project management skills Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or financial support systems Self-motivated and able to work independently Able to independently represent the finance function within project groups Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate across different levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications: Technical Skill: Advanced Microsoft Excel - SQL User - Python User LTL knowledge & Freight Pricing Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
