Account Coordinator - Front Counter

Location: West Allis, Oak Creek, Grafton, and Delafield, WI

• Pay Rate: $17 - $18.50 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time (5 days/week, includes weekends & holidays)
  
  
  
  • Monday-Friday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • (Stores are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.)
  
  
  
  

As an Account Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with:

• Payments and finance applications
• Merchandise pickups and general inquiries
• Depositing checks and preparing bank deposits
• Scanning and maintaining supplies at sales kiosks

This full-time role requires flexibility to work across four store locations as scheduled.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent attendance and professionalism
• Proficiency with computers and attention to detail
• Ability to work across multiple store locations as scheduled

• Background check & drug screening required
• No CFs or retail theft history
