Overview:
The Application Adoption Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing user engagement, satisfaction, and overall application performance across various internal teams. This position will act as the main point of contact between users and the development team, ensuring the application aligns with the needs of departments such as finance, asset management, and operations. The role involves leading training sessions, resolving issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Experience in customer support, application assistance, or IT management within a corporate setting.
  • Strong training and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for users.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze and address user issues effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple internal teams and prioritize tasks.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and workflow optimization.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, cloud applications, and data visualization tools.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Background in IT operations, business process management, or application support in a large organization.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and Azure platforms in a corporate environment.
  • Understanding of user experience principles and ability to recommend UI/UX enhancements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training sessions to help new users get started and encourage widespread application use.
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal departments, ensuring their requirements are met by the application.
  • Partner with IT and development teams to quickly address and resolve user-reported issues.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to suggest feature improvements and streamline processes.
  • Develop and update user manuals, FAQs, and best practice guides.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to application usage and user satisfaction.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose enhancements to improve application performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure user feedback is integrated into future updates.



Estimated Min Rate: $65000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $80000.00
