Inventory/Procurement Lead Location: Las Vegas, 89118 Responsibilities: * Inventory Management: Reconcile inventories, work with suppliers, manage inventory across locations, and handle monthly reporting. * Data Handling: Input data into Snipet, review invoices, and conduct monthly asset reconciliation. * Order Processing: Handle requests, place orders, update tracking codes, and ensure correct shipment. * System Tracking: Scan items to track orders, supplies, and stock levels. Additional Duties: * Maintain invoice data, create purchase requisitions, receive and audit equipment, and enter asset information. * Obtain competitive bids, negotiate prices, update inventory listings, and assist with asset management SOPs. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with hardware provisioning. Qualifications: * Experience: 2+ years as an Inventory Analyst, with FIFO/LIFO valuation methods. * Technical Skills: ERP systems and Excel proficiency (filters, formulas, tables, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables). * Physical Capability: Lift up to 10lbs. Preferred Skills: * Asset Management: 2+ years managing assets across locations. * Accounting: Financial analysis experience preferred.
