Job Summary:
We're seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator and Content Creator to lead the charge in developing engaging content, managing marketing campaigns, and driving brand visibility across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who understands the power of storytelling, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Our strategy is to use social media as a recruiting tool for field and labor talent, while simultaneously showcasing our projects and team to earn more business opportunities.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Film, Edit & Create high quality videos highlighting our company for social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Develop project showcases, customer testimonials, and service-related content that aligns with SEO and lead generation goals
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
- Digital Marketing:
- Create, manage, and execute social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Create and schedule content calendars using tools like Canva, Buffer, or similar
- Website Management:
- Work with our web team or platform to upload and optimize content
- Track and report on content performance using analytics tools
- Brand Support:
- Assist with internal communications, company presentations, and recruiting campaigns
- Support events, trade shows, and community engagement when needed
- Salary $65,000-$85,000

Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes):

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media
- Experience with filming content
- Experience with editing content & content editing platforms
- Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with SEO principles and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience in construction, trades, or B2B services is a plus, but not required
