Staffmark is looking for a dependable Production Worker to join our team in Johnson City, TN. If you're ready to grow your career and work in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay & Schedule



  • Starting Pay: $15.50/hour
  • Pay Increase to $18.91/hour after 90 days!
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM



Responsibilities



  • Assemble product parts by hand and with power tools
  • Cut, drill, and attach components as needed
  • Apply labels, logos, and final touches to products
  • Inspect and remove defective parts
  • Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
  • Unload and stock shipments
  • Report issues and meet production goals



Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Basic math and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and team-focused
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
