Overview
As the Manager of Dealer Accounts - West (Remote) for Royal Truck Body (a Shyft brand) you will drive dealership success and sales growth by building strong relationships and leading Territory Account Managers.
This is a remote position. The ideal candidate will reside west of the Mississippi River, with a preference for candidates located in Texas, Arizona, or California.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel.
- Identify and pursue sales growth opportunities within assigned territory.
- Provide product/service knowledge and support to dealerships.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with dealerships and internal teams.
- Manage and develop a team of 7-10 Territory Account Managers.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's preferred).
- 6+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and business operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.

- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager at a Commercial Truck Dealership, with a strong and recent focus on either FORD or GM vehicle lines
