Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Executive to lead and scale our AI-driven software development team. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive the technical vision, oversee development processes, and mentor a team of talented engineers to build robust AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, software architecture, and agile methodologies, combined with strong leadership and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Process Implementation

  • Define and implement core software development processes Iterative development
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Agile frameworks
  • Ensure efficiency, scalability, and quality across the development lifecycle

Team Organization & Leadership

  • Structure and lead cross-functional teams
  • Apply best practices such as:
    • Product pods
    • Flatter organizational hierarchies
    • Agile methodologies

Cultural Transformation

  • Bridge hardware-centric and software-driven mindsets
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, speed, and adaptability in AI development

Basic Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Computer Science
  • 10+ years experience managing mid- to large-scale software development organizations
  • 4+ years experience of large language models (LLMs) and other model types
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Full stack experience across Windows and Android platforms
  • Deep knowledge of both Mobile and Personal Computing platforms
  • Ability to drive technical strategy and architectural decisions
  • Strong focus on User Experience
  • Strong interest in cutting-edge AI techniques
  • Experience in developing AI products, including:
    • Agentic AI
    • Orchestration systems
    • Front end development
