Description and Requirements

Position Summary:

Lenovo is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Field & Solutions Marketing to lead North America marketing efforts that align with sales priorities and drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer engagement. This leadership role will be critical in bridging corporate marketing strategies with field execution to deliver measurable business impact across key geographies or verticals.

Reporting to the North America CMO, the ideal candidate will have deep B2B marketing expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proven ability to activate integrated campaigns in support of sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of Lenovo's North America field marketing strategy

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing programs with business goals, pipeline needs, and territory priorities.

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns-including events, webinars, ABM, partner activations, and digital tactics-that generate demand and drive qualified pipeline.

  • Manage a team of field marketers and regional specialists; provide strategic direction, performance coaching, and resource alignment.

  • Collaborate with product marketing, brand, demand gen, digital, and partner marketing teams to deliver localized campaigns with global consistency.

  • Track, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and influence on revenue generation.

  • Own field-level budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation in alignment with global marketing.

  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to regional sales leaders, helping shape GTM strategies for target segments or industries.

  • Drive customer insights and feedback loops from the field to help refine messaging, campaign targeting, and product positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a field or regional marketing leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys, ABM tactics, and integrated demand generation.

  • Proven experience partnering with sales to drive alignment, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue targets.

  • Skilled in managing marketing campaigns across both physical and digital channels.

  • Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams in a matrixed global organization.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Experience in the technology industry or with complex solution sales is highly preferred.
