Pay Range: $76,000 - $109,000 The Analyst works collaboratively with other members of the global HRIS team and wider HR team to support, maintain, and enhance Tempur Sealy's HR systems with a primary focus on implementing Workday. S/he provides primary support for day to day operations of the HRIS and its data. This position will support data requests for reporting from the HRIS and other workforce intelligence and analytics tools, as well as have responsibility for analyzing and providing insights on all related activities. This position is accountable for working with the HR leadership team, business stakeholders, and other members of the global HRIS team to execute the HR technology roadmap by collecting, interpreting, configuring, testing, and launching company processes into the HRIS.
