Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial product leader to help build the payments infrastructure that will allow the next generation of payment service providers to flourish and grow. As the head of Clearing Services, you will reimagine how our processing clients settle transactions with the card networks, as we continue to deliver on our mission of delivering essential payment processing services, as a suite of specialized cloud services, operating at next-level speed, scale and service level. These a la carte payment web services will allow payment service providers, across the globe, large and small, to spin up a secure, scaled payment processing engine, as easily as starting up an instance of cloud compute today. You will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders including Visa technology teams, regional solutions teams, customer service and sales teams to jointly leverage our respective strengths. You will also engage a partner ecosystem to build flexible delivery models across the globe. You should possess knowledge and experience of acquirer settlement processes, with at least three card brands, including network submission, merchant funding and acquirer reconciliation. You will have a vision for conceptualizing and developing innovative solutions that simultaneously address deep customer challenges, surpass current market offerings, and advance Visa's business strategy. Dedication to championing the voice of the customer and delivering pioneering solutions utilizing cutting-edge payment technology is a must. You should have a track record of successfully launching new products within a sizable organization, from ideation to implementation, with a focus on automation. As part of your role, you will operate in a matrixed environment, requiring the ability to communicate persuasively through both written and verbal means, to align stakeholders and executives on business cases and objectives. Locations: Foster City, CA or Bellevue, WA QualificationsBasic Qualifications: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD); or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications:

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 191,700.00 to 299,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
