The Compliance Partner plays a key role in managing the day-to-day administration of Compliance Programs. This role ensures all regulatory requirements and company policies are followed, supports anti-human trafficking initiatives, and collaborates cross-functionally with Legal, Security, and Operational teams to uphold our high compliance standards. As a Compliance Partner, you'll help us ensure our commitment to integrity, regulatory excellence, and responsible business practices across all levels of the organization. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Compile, review, and distribute reports to support regulatory adherence. Prepare and assist with regulatory filings Partner with internal teams and vendors to support Code of Conduct and anti-human trafficking training programs. Stay current with trends and best practices related to anti-human trafficking compliance. Prepare materials and PowerPoint decks for quarterly Compliance Committee meetings. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Security) on ongoing compliance needs. Review and prepare compliance reports and ensure timely delivery. Support I-9, VISA, and other HR-related compliance efforts.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of relevant experience required. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professionalism when interacting with executives and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment High level of discretion and confidentiality.
