*Description* Our client will be replacing SoftLab with Epic Beaker. The manager is looking to get a consultant Manager to help him with day to day operations. It'll be a 24 month implementation from kick-off and is looking for this individual to start immediately. Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of legacy consultants, stakeholder management with lab operational leaders, invoice management, project management, and on-call participation (will be tertiary to the primary and backup). Will interact regularly with lab directors and executive stakeholders. Will be primarily remote with up to 25% travel (really just expecting travel for initial kick-off's, big milestones, and go-live). Local candidates preferred but not required Current Tech Stack: They have the full suite of Soft expect for BI and SoftID. They have SoftLab and SoftMic 4.5, Softpath or genetics 4.1, they do a lot of lab changes, micro, they integrate with BD Synapsys so that kind of knowledge would be useful. They use Roche Infinity for chemistry, Sysmex but not the middleware. They will be doing a blood bank upgrade in April which would take them to their 25.6 version for blood bank and donor. He may have his team support that but may want to incorporate a consultant that is knowledgeable in blood bank so they could eventually take it over if possible. And then in the coming year, they will have a new set up of instrument interfaces. So overall, we are looking for candidates with SoftLab, SoftMic, SoftMolecular, and SoftBank. *Skills* softlab, supervisor, team lead, manager *Top Skills Details* softlab,supervisor,team lead,manager *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 3 to 4 years of leadership (managerial, supervisory, team lead) experience Understanding of Soft culture (challenging to work with) and experience with Soft, RALS Point of Care, other 3rd party lab systems Understand proper change management & have experience with project management (they will need to manage some of the projects) Effective communicator with lab leadership and IT leadership *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $100.00/hr.
